About these terms
These terms govern your use of the TinyKPI website and macOS app. By purchasing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you must have authority to accept them for that business.
The app brings metrics from the services and databases you choose into a local view on your Mac. Website previews contain illustrative values and do not represent your account data.
Your license
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and the license conditions shown at checkout. The software is licensed, not sold.
Do not share or resell your license key, redistribute the app without permission or bypass license checks. These restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits.
Any device allowance, update entitlement or support commitment included in your purchase is described in the offer at checkout. Keep your receipt and license information for future reference.
Using the app
Only connect accounts, databases and data that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the queries you configure and your use of the information returned.
Keep your credentials private and use read-only access where possible. Do not use the app to access another person’s data without permission, bypass access controls or violate applicable law.
Services and metrics
Connected services are operated by their respective providers. Their terms, fees, rate limits and availability continue to apply. Changes to an API or your account permissions may affect an integration.
Metrics depend on the source data, selected time range and refresh timing. Check important figures against their source before making financial, accounting or other business decisions. The app is a convenient view of your data, not a replacement for your records.
Purchases and refunds
TinyKPI is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge or automatic renewal. The launch price applies until the deadline shown on the website; after that, the regular price applies.
The price, currency and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by the checkout provider identified there. Once payment is confirmed, your purchase confirmation provides access to your license and download.
If you experience a duplicate charge, a license delivery problem or an issue using the app, contact the support address on your receipt with your order reference and a description of the problem. Refund requests are considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and any additional guarantee stated with your purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider; a refunded license may be deactivated.
Nothing on this page removes refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to your purchase.
Updates and availability
Features and integrations may change as the app develops. Compatibility can depend on your macOS version, connected providers and their APIs. Future features discussed before release are not included in a purchase unless the offer expressly says so.
We do not promise that every connected service will remain available or that the app will operate without interruption or errors. Any update or support entitlement stated with your purchase continues to apply.
Ownership and your data
You retain your rights in the data you connect to the app. Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of your business data.
The app, website and their original design remain the property of their respective rights holders. Names and logos of connected services belong to those services; showing an integration does not imply their endorsement.
Privacy and access
The app stores its credentials and business metrics locally. Requests go directly from your Mac to the services or databases you configure. See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between local storage and those network requests.
You can stop using the app and revoke credentials with the connected provider. You are responsible for managing any local files and backups you keep.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms as the app or our services change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Updated terms do not remove rights already included in your purchase.
If you have a complaint or dispute, contact us using the support details on your receipt so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, limits liability that cannot legally be limited or restricts your right to seek a remedy under applicable law.
Questions and support
For purchase, license or app support, use the contact details provided with your license or purchase receipt. Include your order reference and a short description of the issue. Do not send API keys, database passwords or other sensitive credentials.
